By accessing or using NimbusPlay's cloud gaming service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

NimbusPlay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service
  • Use cheats, exploits, or automation software

Subscriptions and Payments

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds

Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase if you have used less than 2 hours of gaming time. Contact our support team for refund requests.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NimbusPlay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NimbusPlay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
